Key terms and conditions

  1. Payments in AED only are accepted for our lunch plan service.
  2. A Security Deposit of AED 50/child is taken at the start of service. This is refunded in full at the time of cancellation. This is to ensure continuity of the meal service in case of a delay in wallet recharge at any time.
  3. Any change/edits/modifications to the the lunch plan is not allowed for the next 2 days from the current date. You can make any change for dates after that. As you would understand, the meal planning process starts much earlier than the day of meal delivery.
  4. Return, Cancellation and Refund: There is no return policy for the meals served at school. If you may choose to cancel the lunch plan from your account, then it would take effect after 48 hours and the remaining balance in your wallet including the Security Deposit would be refunded. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 15 working days.
  5. The meals would be prepared and delivered to school by The Sahara Catering Services LLC.
  6. All pre ordered snacks and lunches would be delivered to the enrolled child’s school in temperature-controlled boxes and would be stored in temperature-controlled boxes in the predesignated areas as suggested by the respective school authorities.
  7. Once the wallet has been recharged/loaded the confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt.

  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

  • Minors under 18 years old cannot register as users or transact on the website.
